@GeauxGabrielle I've worked with a lot of journalists and realistically, they need to ask stupid questions. They are not allowed to come to "obvious" conclusions, they need the information from the source.
I don't know this specific instance, but it's something people often are not aware of.
@AsheWindsor@doggygoth 90% of video games for 20 solid years were male-centric. It's not really shocking you don't feel a need for representation when you've never experienced a lack of it.
@hdjsn91277@Valient77@SpringComesAgin@25YearsAgoLive Interesting take. Who do you want to report on necessary information? Fires, education news, hell even business opening/closings? But fuck local journalists, right?
@nadiaoffperc30s Just my 2 cents but I thought she looked grown in a fully nonsexual way.
I think the expensive bag/scarf being very composed made her look more put together than a 5 year old is. Mainly the scarf, but it obviously all builds on itself. Expensive/beautiful/perfectly folded idk
@mrianleslie It's weird to open anything in someone elses home, in my opinion. I won't even open a chip bad without asking, let alone expensive alcohol
@katrosenfield The crazy thing is if you ask people to do these things, some will fully gaslight you into thinking it's abnormal. Had a roommate I wanted to hang out (hang in, really) with once a week and she told me I put too many expectations on her. We were literally living together.
@moonlarking Like the fact that I can pass Spanish exams despite having almost no clue what 90% of the words mean is incredible, and I fully believe it's because of this sort of learning
@moonlarking This type of reading is super important to learn how to use context clues in an advanced manner. No, I don't know all the words they use, but I do get the context, which helps me read things I have no right understanding, like other languages I have a VERY basic understanding of.
@millysvantage@TalentiGelato It was like 3am so I didn't want anyone to hear me so I couldn't even hit it or anything 😭😭 the more I tried to more it melted and I was losing my mind thinking it was going to be all liquid by the time I got it
@millysvantage@TalentiGelato I took an edible and wanted something sweet after a while. This was the only thing in my house. I had two separate grippy rubber things in my hands and I started tearing up because I couldn't get my ice cream.
I ended up getting it, but was quite an experience.
