I would like to request a refund for my subscription.
My experience with the Unacademy app has not been satisfactory. The experience promised at the time of purchase has not been delivered, and I find the app interface difficult to navigate.

As a student, I should be able to easily find PYQs, tests, and study materials, but instead I spend a lot of time searching for them.
I subscribed to focus on my studies, not to struggle with finding basic resources. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the amount I paid.
