In comparison, I am a social worker. To even be called a social worker you have to have a minimum of 4 years of schooling after high school, which often involves a minimum of a 600 hour field training after 3 YEARS of schooling. (5/7) #DefundThePolice

Not only the material, but the length of time. They are only to required to attend 20 WEEKS. Which, by law, can only equal 800 hours at a MAXIMUM. 800 hours of training for someone who is tasked to make life and death decisions literally every day (4/7) #DefundThePolice
