@HeathrowAirport @British_Airways Nearly 3 hours waiting for baggage. No advise on PA or folks to assist on the ground. Travelling for 13hrs and then at LHR since landing at 1500 this afternoon. No/Empty vending as well. Children are starving! What is happening? Utter joke!!!!!

@FleurJordan1 @TUIUK Hi Fleur, similar scenario here.. over month since transfer of once in a lifetime hol and due a refund on the balance. Ironically I recall on the webpage it said refund within 3-4 days. Still waiting and getting no response whatsoever via phone, emails or twitter. Very concerned!

@TUIUK On hold most of morning and now cut off.. I’ve had 2 holidays effected and pending refunds. First holiday said within 4 weeks, the other 3-4 days. Still waiting for both refunds. Pls advise earliest as I don’t want to spend half my day on the phone again to no avail. thanx

@Argos_Online why is it I’ve ordered online, been charged. Yet recieving no email I’ve queued for 45 mins at Arnold Argos to collect I’m told my order isn’t processed. Asked if they can at least check in the back to see if available and been point blank refused. Beyond a Joke!!!

@HighwaysEMIDS So who is responsible for the signalling on M1 J24 A453 island? This is a complete joke.. Someone needs to be held responsible for this embarrassment. A journey that should take 45min takes 2.5+hr. No wonder the M1 is always screwed up!

@HighwaysEMIDS closing junctions with no notice. Last Tues J24 south closed when only advised J24a to close. So both blocked off, and how can I plan a diversion? I can’t when J24 was my diversion! 2/2

@HighwaysEMIDS Someone needs to take control of the works around the M1! 2day it’s took yet again over an hour to get to the M1 due to someone altering the traffic lights and only allow 5 cars through A453 from the airport. Tailed all the way back and clogging up airport too! 1/2
