@kaul_vivek To paraphrase Adam Smith badly, “It is not from benevolence for the gig worker or concern for traffic that the ministry has woken up against 10-minute delivery, but from the inability of a certain Indian company (also in retail) to compete in the quick-commerce business.”
@mufaddal_vohra It was funny to see all the aggro from India after aimlessly wasting time at the end of the innings - scoring some 12 runs in the last 10 overs. Any small sense in ‘bat as long’ disappeared when Jadeja got out - just strange that such brain fades happen from the desssing room!
@ravihanda Real 'valuation' not revenues. At least the 500-1000 cores in my head were revenues and not MCap. Somewhere in the last 25 years, the multiple of rev. as valuation has ballooned. Cos in 10,000 crore marketcap are in sub-1000 crore revenues only i think!
Have said it before, saying it again. There is NO "cricketer" in India right now who is as talented as Washington Sundar. He is a once-in-a-generation talent.
@ravihanda Yes, I have been pondering on the same. I sit through pitches via network, platforms, angel networks for 5 years now. Made a few investments so far - no exits, no fancy growth…if I am being theoretical I would say 20% CAGR if exits ever happen. Not sure networks are the way?
@mystiquememoir Incredible innings under the circumstances but the video is misleading...it was 5 6s alright...obviously of 5 balls. The 5 6s were hit over the entire innings of 55 balls.
