@dreamytoucher It just depends imo. Some “pass” as women in the eyes of some men, while others just look like pretty twinks. If you perceive them as male, then yes that’s a gay attraction.
@phandomeden Makes sense. I’ve met women who’ve felt this way. It may be helpful to deconstruct, or distinguish, societal expectations from the self-expression you desire. Your desire may sometimes coincide with expectations, and sometimes not. As a dude, that’s my relationship w/ masculinity
@tylerdeanv@DarthKevin81 Not sure why Kevin blocked me, but yeah if a gay man is attracted to what he perceives to be a man (masc secondary sex characteristics) then I think he’s still gay if the person happened to be trans.
Is it “technically” heterosexual? Yes.
Is it straight? I don’t think so.
@linnynovax I’m not sure what real masculinity is other than a male being authentic to himself. A man does not express masculinity correctly or incorrectly. He expresses—and that expression is already his masculinity.
@livingthroughJ If by gay you mean, a man’s exclusive attraction to other men—then you probably already know the answer.
Is it technically a homosexual relationship? Yes.
Is it gay? No.
