reminds me of my antisocial patient, he used to be very violent but his father always cared for him deeply and gently, i saw him a few days ago and while he denied having any empathy he was quite depressed because he wants to be better but nothing works :(

But just thinking about how upbringing can greatly affect antisocial personality disorder. Gayoung was intentionally raised in love to overcome her inherent traits and urges. While Ah Jin was raised in a system that fostered it. Maybe Ah Jin’s life would have been different if she had the slightest love growing up.
