Why is it still so difficult to give efficient and prompt solutions by the @passportsevamea and @rpopatna in 2025! Seems like they treat grievance mails as spam!
@passportsevamea@rpopatna@MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar@MEAIndia request you to step in and look into the matter.
@rpopatna continues to give the same “solution” as it did on 28th May. It seems as if no one there is even interested in reading mails & understanding the matter, let alone solving it.
Please help me.
@DrSJaishankar
So strange that @rpopatna is unable to help out with a minor technical glitch at this day and age! Blame games and shifting responsibilities to other departments doesn’t suit the narrative of 'Viksit Bharat'!
@MEAIndia@PMOIndia@passportsevamea
I am writing to urgently bring to your attention a serious and unresolved issue with my passport renewal application that has now persisted for over two weeks, causing immense distress to me.
@passportsevamea@rpopatna@MEAIndia@DrSJaishankar
Incompetence Redefined! @asianpaints has completely failed to address a product defect, even after a month-long battle following my complaint about a recently purchased home utility/decor item. If you lack the capability or intent to fix issues with your own products, at the very least, stop stringing customers along with empty assurances like "we are working to solve your problem." This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the delay is nothing short of a deliberate refusal to take responsibility.
@asianpaints Absolutely Appalling Experience – A Complete Failure in Product Quality, Timeliness, and Service
I have had the most disappointing experience with Asian Paints Interior at Jaiswal Bath Emporium, Kolkata. Their products are substandard, their deadlines are meaningless, and their after-sales service is completely non-existent.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.
1. Defective Products Sold Without Accountability
I purchased the complete bathroom fittings and sanitary ware from them as part of my bathroom renovation, and it was faulty from the very beginning. Despite raising a formal complaint on February 13, 2025 (this is weeks after reaching out to the store for a solution), the issue remains unresolved to this day. Repeated follow-ups have led nowhere, as the so-called "concerned team" refuses to take responsibility. Selling defective products and then ignoring complaints is not just negligence—it is outright malpractice.
2. Missed Deadlines and False Assurances
I entrusted Asian Paints with this project expecting a smooth process, especially since I do not reside in the city and wanted a hassle-free experience for my parents, but exactly the opposite happened. The entire process has been plagued with delays, broken commitments, and absolute disregard for timelines. There has been no sense of urgency, no proactive updates, just constant excuses and a complete failure to deliver on promises.
3. Terrible Handover and Non-Existent After-Sales Support
Even after all these delays, the handover was incomplete. The bathroom was left leaking, the vanity was still defective, and no one from the team has taken ownership of fixing the mess they created. The vanity remains damaged, unfixed, and completely unusable, despite multiple escalations. Their service does not end at incompetence—it extends to blatant indifference and an unwillingness to take responsibility for their work.
If a company refuses to take ownership of the products they sell, and if their partners treat customers as if they do not matter, it raises serious concerns about their integrity as a business. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I will ensure that this feedback reaches as many people as possible.
Asian Paints and its associated outlets need immediate corporate intervention before more customers are subjected to this kind of gross negligence and lack of accountability.
Honored to have my article on the Changpa nomads published in Anandabazar Patrika! Their story of resilience, tradition, and deep connection with the land deserves to be heard.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with the @asianpaints Interior Support. I am unsure whether this reflects the brand’s ethos or the inefficiency of the team at the Kolkata branch, specifically Asian Paints Interior at Jaiswal Bath Emporium.
As I reside away from my home, I entrusted Asian Paints with the renovation of my bathroom, expecting a hassle-free process for my parents. However, the project has been plagued by delays, an incomplete handover, and a leaking bathroom. The brand’s reluctance to take responsibility for these issues has been deeply frustrating.
I request immediate corporate intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.

You know what my problem is with every fanatic fundamentalist? One thing you all have in common and you’re too ignorant to see it is that you’re too inept to get by in the world, so your only recourse is to try and curtail the enjoyment of others.
Ah yes, the comforting illusion of choice—if a joke unsettles you, simply turn away, as if ignorance were a shield rather than a blindfold. Schopenhauer would have scoffed at such feeble optimism. Comedy, like suffering, does not wait for permission; it seeps in, unbidden, exposing the grotesque absurdity of existence.
So go on, curate your reality, insulate yourself from the sting of an unkind laugh. But know this—no amount of avoidance will save you from the deeper comedy of existence itself: the fact that none of this ever truly cared whether you were laughing or screaming.

@CRED_club’s ‘Coin Rush’ is faster than time itself.
Sat there, ready to grab Air Jordans, but guess what? The timer ended at 12:59 PM instead of 1:00 PM. No button, no chance—just a sudden “End” screen.
@CRED_club, how does something sell out before it even starts? Is this a challenge or a glitch in the matrix? #FixThis
