The management at @porterit_ is absolute SHIT. No customer support, just bots that can’t do anything. You’re left to deal with the mess they’ve created on your own.

@porterit_ is a SCAM. Don’t take their services under any circumstances.
They picked up my parcel on the 17th, promised it by the 23rd, delayed it to the 29th, and here we are, May 3rd, STILL no updates.

And to make matters worse, they offer me a ₹100 coupon to “settle” the situation. My goods are worth ₹45k-50k, and they think ₹100 is a fair compensation? Absolutely disgusting. They take your money, steal your time, and deliver nothing but frustration. This company is a joke.
