Your job as a coach is to instill confidence and make the job easier for the players. If you can't do this, they will start doubting themselves. Let the players play the game instead of collecting data. There's literally an expert at this.
This Doran interview is actually so sad…..
Immediately after the loss, Doran spoke with Sports Seoul and lowered his head as he said, “I thought we were fully capable of beating G2. But we lost, so I’m truly sorry to the fans.”
Doran is normally composed, but this day was different. He was especially unable to hide his disappointment over the final Game 4.
“We had a big advantage in the early game. But we weren’t able to carry that momentum through to the end,” Doran admitted.
“There were also moments in teamfights when our calls didn’t line up, and I regret that we weren’t able to play decisively.”
When asked about the reason for the loss, he acknowledged the defeat, saying, “The communication that had been working well didn’t come together properly. I think G2 prepared better than we did.”

No idea of the bad sentiment on Santos. Had everything in his locker in that Strasbourg loan.
Does it all as a #6, #8, #10.
Workhorse. Ball manipulation + disguise to play out of pressure. Fox in box instincts in final 1/3.
If used well United won’t miss McTominay or Casemiro.
