I had an important meeting in Clarinda, Iowa the next day. I reached hotel at 2am. This was a complete mess for me and my team members had to wait for me until I reached the airport.

I was not allowed to enter into the flight. I paid for my ticket with a confirmed seat. I am not sure why she said that the flight was full. I was given the next flight at 10:36pm which was very very late for me at the destination airport Omaha.

@AMCTheatres How can we know that a particular movie is not included in a membership? Is that available after creating an account and realizing that it is not included in the membership and later regret for the amount I paid? Apart from that, we need to pay 39.99$ for commitment fee. LOL

@AMCTheatres Wondering why there is a 39.99$ commitment fee for Stub-A-List membership if we want to cancel at anytime? As a customer, we should be able to cancel it anytime if we are not satisfied with a membership. Great Customer Service and great terms and conditions.

@AMCTheatres I created a membership account today and realized that Indian movies are not included in this membership and decided to cancel it immediately in 5 minutes. I haven't used single penny from this membership. Are we not allowed to receive a refund for this?
