Alongside this animation, we were working on a ten minute long animation on a D&D manga we were working on called: "Silvy and the Story of Karsus."

It took place in Netheril, in the Faerûn universe. 5th/4th edition D&D.

This animation and project will likely never be finished, but we thought we'd show it off so the old work could at least be appreciated. This was the animatic draft. We were about 70% done, but decided that we wanted to work on other things.

Most of the team that worked on this have left, and other members have joined the team since.

Silvy specifically is Karsus's familiar. We thought an interesting perspective to a story would be one told by the familiar, rather than the mage. Silvy was written and made by several old members of the team, all of which have left, but they gave permission to show this off. Most of the team have agreed that this animation project will never be finished.

Viva La Vida was entirely on purpose as we thought it fit quite well which what Karsus was. We originally planned to have a cover done for it. The SAO track at the end was a placeholder, so that's what was happening with that.

Will we at one point start working on the manga for Silvy and the Story of Karsus? That's a big maybe, but MAYBE.

If enough people like this, we might put it back on our to-do list. But probably not a lot of people will see this.

It was a passion project after all.
