I contacted UKVI customer services and they are telling it’s either because of shipping delays from UKVI facility or there are delays caused by VFS Centre to contact us. @vfsglobalcare@rohan_tawre By contacting UKVI, we will get to know whether the decision was made or if its pending. They escalated my case twice for passport that was not dispatched from the ukvi facilty. Who do we contact for our passports that are stuck somewhere even a month after the decision was made?
