@DGCAIndia ridiculously managed airline like @flyspicejet . I spent rs 3000 to travel to Darbhanga Airport, took 1.5 hours time to reshuffle my luggage as airline did not allow the laptop as hand bag and later cancelled the 4:20 flight to Delhi. No message at all just canceled.

@DGCAIndia I booked a tkt from MMT and an hour later I have to cancel my tkt because of change. @makemytrip is deducting INR 4300 for airline(@AirIndiaX)cancellation fee and INR 350 for MMT cancellation fee. As per DGCA regulations, cancellation within 24 hour.

I was travelling in PPTA TO Darbhanga Intercity express. I will not entirely blame @indianrail
but the passengers too for making the journey a hell. The interior of the coach is seriously disastrous . Mosquito net, cockroach, dust and peels of raw peanuts etc all over.
