Calling Kenya a “shit-hole” does not make you brutally honest; it just makes you intellectually lazy.

Kenya has serious problems-corruption, inequality, disorder, weak public services, and, Kenyans debate them every day. That is exactly what a functioning, if imperfect, democracy looks like.
You do not have to pretend Kenya is spotless to recognise that it remains one of Africa’s strongest centres for finance, technology, media, diplomacy, tourism and private enterprise.
Criticise the country properly or keep the playground insults. Loud ignorance is still ignorance. Imbecile.
