But since I had to supply a photo otherwise my claim would be closed, I, therefore, found a stock photo and my claim was also closed. So infuriating. How would I have known to take a photo of my meal when I was reporting a missing item?

@JustEatUK I had an item missing from my food delivery this evening. I contacted customer support. I only contacted just eat when I had eaten the food and thrown away the packaging. Just eat wouldn’t deal with my issue without a photo! How can you photograph a missing item?

I ended up googling an image of a similar meal just for point of reference and then they closed my claim. I have had the exact same issue with the same restaurant - I think it’s a seasonal add-on. All I wanted was for just eat to contact the restaurant on my behalf to check
