@AdamHoge based on your analogy I ask the same question. Would you rather have the 7th/8th best pass rusher in the NFL or the 2nd best safety in the NFL. EZ answer & the same theory translates to the draft when referring to value in the NFL.

Poles is one of the GM’s in the NFL that doesn’t understand positional value. You use your FA $ on a Safety & then a 1st rd pick? 👎🏾

@WaddleandSilvy I’m ok with Jones as a player but at 57 that is terrible value. Logan Jones is not a top 100 player. That was a pick of desperation because all of the edge rushers were gone and Poles has done a terrible job drafting!

feels like a reach, seems like a desperate pick.

With all of the good Edges gone this feels like a terrible draft & miscalculation from Poles!
