@tejoberoi @luckybeingruby Argument for argument sake is not an argument. I don't think any other language has more reach than Hindi, due to hindi cinema and national TV etc. At least you and I should not be that rigid about this. Personally I know many people in the south who know Hindi as well.

This is where I think the problem is. If we can't agree on Hindi as one common, we may not be able to at all
