Reached a friend's place late after work.

Noticed a lady is screaming and chasing off a dude on a scooter on the opposite side. I initially spectated for a few minutes and decide to follow them in the opposite carriageway. Walked along a few hundred metres.

Meanwhile I called @MumbaiPolice. Local units got in touch instantly, explained them and they dispatched a unit.

Ultimately, it was a loud mia biwi jagda. Cops arrived very soon but the couple somehow made up and left within a minute of me calling the cops.

The beat marshall arrived first. I showed him both the videos and he reported to the CR all is fine.

Then I got a call from the chowki handler whether the matter is done, I said yes. I apologized since it was a false call of sorts. She told me don't apologise, took my name, and told me thank you.

She asked me, do you still want to register a complain? I declined.

This is why I love Mumbai. Cops thank you because you gave them inconvenience.

Priorities are set. Salute to all uniformed men and women 🫡
