Major Features
Assets – RTM is one of very few projects which features protocol level assets. These assets can be created directly inside the Raptoreumcore wallet, no coding required.

RIP-01 – RIP-01 is a custom voting mechanism built and tailored for the Raptoreum network which allows for greater flexibility, responsivness, and confidence when bringing in protocol level updates. It takes Bitcoins BIP 8, BIP 9, and DASH’s dynamic activation thresholds and improves upon them.

⚡With RIP-01 we will have the option to enable voting specifically for miners, or Smartnodes, or both. This is important, as voting from both may not be needed. For example a quorum consensus change may not need miner votes, and change to POW algorithm may not need Smartnode votes.

⚡We will now be able to tailor voting specifically for any update and situation which greatly increases the likelihood of a smooth protocol level updates.

What are votes?
If you are a miner and mining to a pool that is running X version you are voting for that version.
If you are a Smartnode operator and running X version you are voting for that version.

⚡RIP-01 voting (miners) begins at block 27360. Once 90% miner consensus is reached for 7 consecutive days, voting will finish and assets will be activated shortly after.
