Me buying more workout clothes online, thinking I would actually put in more effort to go out for a jog or something but all I’ve done this weekend is netflix, watch sports reels on TikTok and also Olympic matches on tv. My excuse? It’s been an exhaustingly stressful month 😅
Been so uncomfortable the past 2 days. I don’t even know what to call it but my chest feels heavy and my entire body feels weird. I don’t feel pain but it’s extremely uncomfortable. It also happens a few times a day and it’s frustrating cause I just wanna get work done.
