最近ニュースで問題になっている迷惑行為と重なって見えます。
まわりが止めなかったことも、動画にして出したことも軽率です。
安くて美味しいお店だからこそ、こういう形で名前が出るのは残念です。

I do not think this can be brushed off as a joke.
It looks too close to the kind of behavior that has recently been criticized in Japan.
What makes it worse is that nobody stopped it, and someone still chose to film and post it.
That is what makes it even more disappointing.
