I don't know why, but the Kindle version of "It Doesn't Have to Be Crazy at Work" is on sale for only $1.99 today. Don't know how long it'll last.
If you've been on the fence, grab it. And it not, get on that fence, climb over, and get it too.

@ugmonk@asallen I’m slowly working on through the Healthy Minds Program app. Mix of short lessons and guided meditations. Not as full featured as Headspace, but completely free (and no ads). Need to work on my consistency though. https://t.co/2H9aBxmDOx
@klc979@theangrypharm Yep. I’m slowly working toward improving things at my org, but it’s a struggle for multiple reasons. Discrete data and locked options is good in theory.

@gruber I’m fine with ditching the ones in box. I like stickers, but those aren’t the most durable material. I’d probably even pay for nicer ones, especially if there was a variety of styles, like the rainbow version.
@rjonesy@elizlaraki Wow, didn’t realize people used (and kept) that many alarms. I like the ideas from both of you though. I tend to use Due for most recurring/intraday stuff.
You’re probably aware, but if you can be consistent, the Sleep alarm sounds are much more pleasant for the morning.
@sweatPANCE4life@pgipe@theangrypharm Yep. You can do it if your local EMR is configured. Not all pharmacies can receive them yet though. Or at least some deal with them differently.
@ugmonk I love my GORUCK even though I don’t fit the mold. You can get them without the exterior MOLLE webbing for even more minimal look. I have GR1 21L and it fits under seat.

@adriyoung One on left is Mark Rober. NASA Engineer, turned YouTuber. May have seen with exploding glitter packages or backyard squirrel obstacle course videos.
Now has a show somewhere.
@drewcoffman Definitely less reliant on them now, but I still find them useful for certain classes of things. Especially when they can do detailed, quantitative testing.
