@AXAHealth@financialombuds I informed you I wouldn't renew my policy and I’ve now been told that basically cover stopped immediately despite still paying for it. How can that be?

@BarnetCouncil The neighbouring @ladbrokes covered a very large area with flooring glue without ventilation. The fumes are entering my home to the point where my family has head and stomach aches. The shop manager refused to take any remedial action. Could you please help?

@financialombuds@TheFCA I believe I have been mis-sold a health care policy upgrade by @AXAHealth. Despite dozens of efforts at clarification, AXA has provided different answers at different times. How do I proceed?
@manypets_uk It is now almost two months since my claim and still no progress not even an update. What is going on? This is a 10 min job, why does it take you months?
@SofatSanjay @manypets_uk@financialombuds Thank you. I'm very sorry about your cat . It appears that this is standard practice for manypets, they delay payments above ~£100 for as long as possible without any reason.
@AXAHealth Hi, How can I get some clarifications in writing with respect to exclusions from my renewed policy? AXA has a track record providing inconsistent/misleading information over the phone. Email or messages through the AXA site are ignored.

@British_Airways Just returned home without our luggage that contained all baby stuff and our clothes, told by BA agent that the delivery time is at least four days (provided the luggage is found) and that you will reimburse costs for essentials. Can you confirm?

@manypets_uk I am sorry too, but the long delays in processing claims together with the low levels of customer support should not come as a surprise. Just look at your twitter feed.
