A lot of people are asking what's going on with NPC, so let me just talk to you straight. I've been dealing with some things in my personal life that I'd rather keep to myself. Nothing dramatic, just life, and it pulled me away more than I wanted it to. I'm sorry for the quiet. Here's the honest context though. NPC started as a joke. A faceless character that does nothing, a zero narrative, back when nobody was asking about utility or roadmaps. People just collected them because they liked them. That was the whole thing, and it was beautiful. Then we shipped. And shipped again. Points, badges, playable characters, training, all of it. And somewhere along the way, shipping that much quietly raised the expectations of what NPC is supposed to be. I understand that completely. Maybe part of it is on me for setting a pace. And maybe part of it is fair, maybe you just want me around more, and honestly, that's true, I could be more present. I know the floor going down made some of you nervous too, and I get it. But if you look past the number, the community is still here, still active, still showing up every single day. That has not changed, and that matters far more to me than a floor price ever will. It's been about three and a half months since mint. I won't pretend I never get demotivated, because I do. That's part of the process, and I wouldn't take any of this back, because all of it led here. And to be honest, the easy move right now would be to chase the noise. Everyone's on Robinhood, and we could launch something there tomorrow and manufacture instant hype. But I won't do that. It would be a short-term sugar rush that makes things worse, not better, and it isn't what NPC is about. We build the slow way, on purpose. What I can tell you is I'm still in the background working on the things I actually want to ship. I also see a lot of people offering to CTO, and I genuinely respect that, it means you care more than I could ask for. It's not something I'm closed off to down the line, and there may come a point where opening this up makes sense. But not right now, not while I've still got things I want to see through myself. If you want to help in the meantime, I'd love that energy pointed at building with me rather than around me. And as a small thank you for sticking around, we're moving royalties from 5.55% to 0% for a while. Trade freely. NPC was always heading toward zero. Turns out the royalties got there first.
