@sophiaharrisCBC Just read your latest @CBCNews article about the 10gb promotion and I had the opposite experience. Couldn't get thru to @Bell_Support and when I reached out afterwards they wouldn't budge. I have 2 portable lines, and @FreedomMobile would be happy to have me!

@CTVMcLaughlin Any idea of the Big3 will match @FreedomMobile with the 10gb/$60 plan again? Its out again, but @Bell_Support loyalty team said they wont match it. Im without a contract (for YEARS with Bell) and have unlocked devices. Time to switch? I couldn't get thru last time!
