Our team celebrated the power of arts integration in education at @ArtsNOW1 Foundations. We explored innovative strategies for incorporating the arts into our classrooms. We can't wait to return tomorrow for more learning and collaboration! #ArtsNOWseminarSC

As part of our partnership with @ArtsNOW1 our teachers receive professional development. We learned how to integrate elements of dance into teaching math.

Over the past two days NPE hosted Julie Bagganstoss. She taught students in grades K-6 how math concepts like graphing, fractions, variables, and story problems can be learned through the art form of dance! @ArtsNOW1 @spartanburgone

Our word for November is Perseverance. We've learned how important it is to keep trying even when things are tough. 2nd grade completed a hula hoop challenge and 6th grade worked Sudoku puzzles. #littlemoments

NPE will celebrate Dot Day on September 15th! Join us by wearing as many dots as you can. Look for Dot Gram forms going home this week. Proceeds will support our NPE Arts Program.
