We are writing to you to give you an update about our ambulance appeal that we started on June 1st.
Our ambulance, after years of honourable service rescuing animals in the whole of Syria, especially in the last years after Syria’s liberation when we became able to visit all the Syrian zone including the rural ones, where no vet services or animals assistance exists.
In 2025 - 2026 we organaized free vet clinic mobile days in Lattakia, Damascus, Hama, Tartous, Aleppo etc., to make free vet clinic days.
Thanks to our partnership with WTG and with the help of our partner Gunther’s family in the USA, we provided assistance, spaying, neutering, vaccines, medical help, offering all types of care to cats, dogs, birds, and to any other type of animals that we find.
Without an ambulance – that is a van with essential veterinary equipment added - we will not be able to continue these types of missions.
We know how essential these clinics are in our country - and ours is literally the only one in the whole of Syria.
For this we hope to be able to replace it soon , using the old equipment that WTG financed for us in the past.
In Syria there are no new vans available. There are just second hand ones in good condtion, and our hope is to buy one this summer.
The one that will be good for our mission and our team costs around 23k

We were told last night that this cat was found by the side of the road and he appeared to have suffered a severe blow and a wound to the muscles. We cleaned the wound, stitched it and gave him anti-inflammatories, nerve tonic, and antibiotics.
