My three proposed NBA rule changes:
-if a team has 2 successful challenges, they get unlimited challenges as long as they are successful. Once one is unsuccessful, they’re done
-players twirling their finger should automatically trigger a review, just like they can call timeout
Hey @espn can you please work on your streaming quality for the @NBA finals? All the ad breaks are crystal clear while the game looks like it’s being filmed with a disposable camera. Didn’t have any issues at all streaming other playoff games on @nbc for 1/6 the monthly cost
@jasonc_nc@JeremiahDJohns I saw that one too!
One of my best friends owns a small coffee shop so I’m sending him this and asking why I haven’t been invited on his yacht
@Eric_Erins Wife has great insurance. The main bill was $500, I think we had a few hundred more in miscellaneous charges in a second bill but all in it was still under $1k.
@JimVorel@intothebrew I once ordered a short glass of dragon’s milk thinking it was a regular milk stout and the bartender accidentally poured me a tall and only charged me $10. Thankfully my hotel was across the parking lot.
Just rode a chairlift with a guy that unprompted said “last summer I went to Germany to see all the nazi stuff in case they decide to destroy it” so…..
He then later said he healed his friend’s broken leg through the power of suggestion
@mnolangray I’d say Cincy, but as I live here I’ll nominate Indy and Columbus. Both have great food and drink options, good activities and both cities are big enough without being too big, decently affordable
Currently sitting next to a guy with possibly the worst game ever. He asked the lady next to him if she was a Christian, then upon finding out she was Jewish but not practicing said “I’m Jewish, you’re the worst kind” and then asked her about Israel and Pakistan.
@adrianB_M_ I worked in management for a union company and often felt the union created more issues than it resolved, and it really created a hostile us vs them environment. But it was also teamsters, so maybe other unions don’t threaten supervisors and slash their tires.
