“Oh Balogun is just playing for the U.S. because he couldn’t make the England squad”…Folks, that is the entire promise of our nation.

And then we’ll beat your ass with them.
@clawrence We have a DC site in AZ that will likely go nowhere even though it’s directly adjacent to a major natgas pipeline because that line is fully subscribed. Between that and non-attainment zones, I think there are way more constraints on DC siting than people want to believe.
@xiaowang1984@SimonMahan but IPPs still scared of the PREPA + Luma + hurricane risk situation so there’s ~no liquidity. Gap in the market in terms of risk appetite vs return expectations. 2/2
@xiaowang1984@SimonMahan Have reviewed a # small utility sized PR projects, you’d be surprised at how competitive rooftop is on a levelized basis, tho a huge piece is grid upgrades which validates your point I think. PPAs clearing high enough to make utility work with a small premium to mainland 1/2
@H2Colby Fascinated by this - spent years trying to figure out how to do this with AES and never got particularly close with grid or dedicated renewables. Congrats!

@RodeoProfessor These OH ‘s are an an abomination that tear up wild lands and historic high alpine jeep trails. I’ve seen first hand what they do to classic old wagon roads like Engineer Pass and others.
Time to regulate them. Hard.
