We would like to thank @HiltonHotels Canary Wharf for their support and kindness over the last few weeks supporting over 300 residents evacuated after the fire on 7th May. We know what you have done to help us and it's much appreciated. Thank you!
We appreciate the letter received yesterday from @RobertJenrick. It confirmed his offices deep disappointment with the delays by @ballymore to address the issues at NPW and that they have asked them to reconsider the passing of costs to leaseholders. We will keep you updated.
5 days since the fire at our homes and 2 days since our open letter to Mr Jenrick and we have not had an acknowledgement. We note the tweets from @mhclg of meetings with @ballymore but it is critical you talk with residents to ask what happened / lessons to be learned.
We have spent time yesterday with Anna Morell at @DisRightsUK to help support their very important work to influence the forthcoming government consultation on the issue of personal evacuation plans for disabled people in tower blocks.
5 days on from the fire at NPW we are sincerely grateful for all of the messages of support and the work that the media have done to expose the issues here and across the country. Yesterday affected residents spent time with @Less_Martina to tell their story of what happened.
Do you own a property next to a river or intend to?
Be aware that means that you may be responsible for the repair of the river wall as part of your lease (and not the Environment Agency)
See attached response to some questions I asked the Council in December

Residents living in homes with flammable Grenfell cladding write to Government demanding to #EndOurCladdingScandal.
As well as being unsafe, many properties have become unsellable in what's being described as a 'spiralling crisis'. @RagsMartel reports
LBC can reveal that people living in homes with unsafe cladding have written to Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick in a bid to resolve the crisis. They warn another Grenfell fire tragedy is "possible if not probable."
