Firefighters of Twitter. Knowledge in firefighting is just as important as being hands on. What can be done to improve that knowledge base? Lecture, books and E-learning aren't ideal for everyone. What does you service/unit do well in terms of learning and where can it improve?
Naturally there are a variety of barriers I.e. I'm retained, I fit learning around daily life. I also have minor learning difficulties which can get me hyper focused or can make it difficult to take in anything. What ways can we present information to help everyone with learning?
@MeganRendellxo I know how you feel. And I understand why you would want to fit in, but the is nothing wrong with who you are. Maybe you are around the wrong people, but I'm certain you are not the wrong person. Be true to yourself. Many people who didn't fit in changed the world.
@MeganRendellxo You'll smash it. Take every opportunity to practice ahead of time. All shapes and sizes can pass. It's more than muscle. And since following your twitter it seems you definitely have the heart for it.
Congratulations to Chichester's Firefighter Greg Bakowski, for winning gold in the all services Brazilian Ju-jitsu competition.
Proudly representing the Fire and Rescue service.
Great Effort Greg.

@becks_bryant As a firefighter in a neighbouring county. I'd be proud to attend and incident along side you.
It hurts to know there are people like this in our profession. Saving lives and helping people has no gender or sexuality. We are all firefighters. We are one team. Stay strong Becks.
WHAT A WEEK!
A huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you who took part in #AntiBullyingWeek & #OddSocksDay 2021! It's amazing to see so many, not just in the UK but all around the world, working together to reduce bullying & spread #OneKindWord
Special thank yous go to...
Thank you Future Firefighter Imogen Wernham for the very fun and very informative tour of Chichester fire station. I've really learned alot about the fire service and @Sab_CohenHatton should be proud to know how fantastic a job you did.

Superhero day at my god-daughters school. I must say, I am very proud of her choice.
She also mastered the ladder climb a few years back at a charity event. Its safe to say we have a future firefighter here. Maybe even a future chief.
