@chesscom Online matches : when players are at home the camera angle is always really bad (a webcam from below, light is disgusting...). When officially organised, most of the time it's blue and pink neon light with plastic shapes and sponsor logos everywhere... Aesthetics matter!

I know it's not a pigeon issue. I never wrote that. I said a pigeon (your logo) flashed on the screen. Then the phone did a factory reset after that, meaning I lost all my contacts in Pigeon and in the contact from the phone itself (+messages). I got a new phone.

@punktsupport Yes I did that. Could not wait to go through the ticket opening process. I already did that a few times and no solutions. I uninstalled pigeon and reinstalled (lost all my conversations ; I could not enter a PIN (see ticket I opened). Now it works. What a hassle.
