గౌరవ తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి @revanth_anumula గారికి,
మీరు మెగా డీయస్సీ పేరుతో దాదాపు 11,000 ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టుల నియామకానికి గ్రీన్ సిగ్నల్ ఇచ్చినందుకు ధన్యవాదాలు. అయితే ఈ వార్త చాలా మంది బీఎడ్ (BEd) అభ్యర్థులకు తీవ్ర నిరాశ మిగిలించింది. దాదాపు గా నాలుగు లక్షల మందికి కేవలం 2629 స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంటు పోస్టులే చూపించడం అన్యాయం.

నిరుద్యోగులు నా దృష్టికి తీసుకొచ్చిన కొన్ని అంశాలను మీముందుంచుతున్నాను. దయచేసి పరిశీలించగలరు.

1. సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పు మేరకు బీఎడ్ (BEd) అభ్యర్థులకు ఎస్జీటీ (SGT) పోస్టులకు అర్హత లేనట్లే. ఈ లెక్కన కొత్త BEd కాలేజీలకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వకపోవడం మంచిది.

2. BEd చేసిన వారు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖలో కేవలం స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంటుకు మాత్రమే అర్హులు. వాళ్ల సంఖ్య దాదాపుగా నాలుగు లక్షలు ఉన్నది. కాని కేవలం 2629 పోస్టులే ప్రకటిస్తున్నట్లుగా వార్తలొస్తున్నయి. ఈ పోస్టులు ఎలాగైనా పెంచే విధంగా చూడగలరు.

3. గత ప్రభుత్వం కేవలం మూడు సార్లే టెట్ (TET) నిర్వహించింది. నిజానికి టెట్ సంవత్సరానికి రెండు పర్యాయాలు నిర్వహించాలి. ఈ సారి కూడా టెట్ నిర్వహించి నోటిఫికేషన్ వేయడం చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది. లేదా టెట్, డీయస్సీ రెండూ ఒకే సారి కూడా చేస్తే చాలా మందికి అర్హత వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది. Online కాబట్టి పెద్దగా సమస్య ఉండక పోవచ్చు.

4. ఎస్జీటీ నుండి స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంటు ప్రమోషన్లో నిష్పత్తి ప్రస్తుతం 70:30 ఉంది. అంటే 70%పదోన్నతి, 30 %డైరెక్టు రిక్రూట్మెంట్. దీని వల్ల బీ ఎడ్ (BEd) అభ్యర్థులకు పోస్టులు తక్కువ కావడమే కాకుండా సంస్థలో vitality దెబ్బతినే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. అందుకే కొన్ని గురుకులాల్లో లాగా ఈ నిష్పత్తిని 50:50 లాగా సర్వీసు రూల్స్ ను మారిస్తే అందరికీ లాభమైతది. Having young blood in good proportion in any organisation has lot of advantages.

5. చాలా కాలంగా Art, Craft, Music, Librarian, Physical Education Teachers Recruitment ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో ఆగిపోయింది. వీళ్లను ఎంత అర్జంటుగా రిక్రూట్ చేస్తే (ప్రతి స్కూల్ కు ఒకరు) అంత మంది తెలంగాణ బిడ్డలు సృజనాత్మకంగా,ఆరోగ్యంగా తయారైతరు. I am proposing this based on my wonderful experience in Gurukulam Schools.

6. పాఠశాలల్లో మానసిక నిపుణులను (కౌన్సిలర్లు) ను నియమిస్తే తప్పకుండా విద్యార్థులపై ఒత్తిడి తగ్గి ఆత్మహత్యలు గణనీయంగా తగ్గే అవకాశముంది.

7. DSC 2008 అభ్యర్థులు న్యాయం కోసం తొక్కని గడపలేదు. వారికి పక్క రాష్ట్రం లో న్యాయం జరిగింది. మన దగ్గర కూడా వాళ్ల కన్నీళ్లను తుడిచే ప్రయత్నం చేయగలరు. In fact, failure to solve DSC-2008 in spite of favourable court orders, is a chilling example of deep rooted apathy and brazen contempt towards helpless citizens in the government.

8. Gurukulam Aspirants have been waiting for good news from the government regarding the recruitment in ‘descending order’ in order to avoid backlog vacancies at any cost.
