Hello @AlphaX_DEX,

This is the first time I have ever made a public post about an exchange. We respect every exchange's risk policies, but this is no longer about risk management—it is about broken promises, shifting excuses, and a complete lack of transparency.

My community participated in AlphaX's Cash Reward Campaign and followed all published rules. However, the reward distribution was postponed without explanation, and ultimately, no payouts were made.

When we asked for the reason, here is how it played out:

"Multi-account": We asked for proof; none was provided.

"Trading was too fast": We proved position holding times were minutes long.

"High Frequency Trading (HFT)": We asked how low-balance users generating volume count as HFT. You left the messages on "seen."

After speaking with other AlphaX partners, I realized everyone received the exact same copy-paste rejections regardless of their trading activity.

To make matters worse, it didn't stop at withholding rewards. Profits earned by several of our users were completely wiped out, and they were restricted to withdrawing their principal only.

This situation has caused severe financial and operational damage. Let me be clear: If anyone actually broke the rules, publish the proof and disqualify them—no reasonable partner would object to that. But you cannot reject everyone by constantly changing the excuse without offering a shred of evidence.

This isn't just unfair to partners who invested time and money; it destroys the trust of every trader who acted in good faith. This is no longer just about an unpaid campaign. It is about transparency, accountability, and respect for your partners.

I will continue to speak out publicly until this issue is resolved fairly. If other AlphaX partners have experienced the same treatment, I encourage you to share your story in the comments.

Ekibim, AlphaX'in Nakit Ödül Kampanyasına katıldı ve kurallara eksiksiz uydu. Ancak ödül dağıtımı önce ertelendi, ardından kimseye ödeme yapılmadı.

Gerekçe istediğimizde süreç şöyle ilerledi:

"Çoklu Hesap" dediniz: Kanıt istedik, hiçbir şey sunulmadı.

"İşlemler çok hızlı" dediniz: Sürelerin dakikalar sürdüğünü kanıtladık.

"HFT (Yüksek Frekanslı İşlem)" dediniz: Düşük bakiyeyle hacim yapan kullanıcıların nasıl HFT sayılabileceğini sorduk, yanıt vermediniz ve mesajları görüldüde bıraktınız.

Diğer partnerlerle konuştuğumda hepsinin aynı kopyala-yapıştır bahanelerle reddedildiğini gördüm.

Daha da vahimi; iş sadece ödüllerin verilmemesiyle kalmadı, kullanıcılarımızın elde ettiği karlar da silindi ve sadece ana paralarını çekmelerine izin verildi.

Tüm bu süreçte ciddi maddi ve manevi zarara uğradık. Şunu net bir şekilde belirtmek istiyorum: Kural ihlali yapan varsa kanıtları yayınlayın ve diskalifiye edin, buna kimse itiraz etmez. Ancak kanıtsız bir şekilde sürekli gerekçe değiştirerek herkesi mağdur edemezsiniz.

Bu durum sadece partnerlerin emeğini çiğnemekle kalmıyor, platformunuza güvenen tüm yatırımcıların inancını yok ediyor. Bu artık ödenmeyen bir kampanya değil; şeffaflık, adalet ve partnerlerinize saygı meselesidir.

Konu adil bir şekilde çözülene kadar konuşmaya devam edeceğim. Aynı mağduriyeti ya��ayan diğer partnerleri de yorumlarda ses çıkarmaya davet ediyorum.
