امیررضا اسماعیلی، جوان ۲۴ ساله، ورزشکار رشته‌های بدنسازی و اسب‌سواری و صاحب فست‌فود کارتوفل در الوند #قزوین، در تاریخ ۹ خرداد ۱۴۰۵ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. پسرخاله‌اش، جاویدنام #محمدحسین_خلج در آغوش او جان باخت. اکنون نهادهای امنیتی با توقیف وسایل شخصی، گوشی، لپ‌تاپ و هارد دوربین مغازه‌اش، اتهام ساختگی و بسیار سنگین «همکاری با اسرائیل» را به او نسبت داده‌اند که خطر صدور احکام شدید و جبران‌ناپذیر را به همراه دارد. او در زمان بازداشت به شدت مورد ضرب‌وجرح قرار گرفته، به طوری که با پاها، فک و بینی شکسته و بدنی خونین به بند ۱۷ زندان چوبیندر #قزوین منتقل شده است. خانواده امیررضا در بی‌خبری مطلق به سر می‌برند، به آن‌ها اجازه ملاقات داده نشده، حق داشتن وکیل از او سلب شده و مأموران فقط گفته‌اند تحویل زندان شده و مشخص نیست کجاست. صدای امیررضا باشیم قبل از آنکه دیر شود.
