BREAKING: France just threw a major roadblock in front of Trump’s Iran deal.
French officials say they will not approve lifting U.N. sanctions on Iran until they are satisfied with a final agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program. As a permanent member of the U.N. Security Council, France has veto power over the process. (Reuters)
Trump may have signed a deal.
That doesn’t mean the rest of the world is ready to sign off on it.
Xbox CEO Asha Sharma says AI will not replace AAA games anytime soon.
She pushed back against the idea that AI world models could take over traditional game development
“I don’t necessarily see world models replacing 50 to 80 hours of gameplay.”
Sharma explained that great games are more than just large worlds.
They need strong stories, balanced gameplay, good level design, and memorable moments, elements that still require human creativity and careful planning.
She made it clear that AI should help developers rather than replace them.
“I’m not saying AI replaces creators,” the technology should be used as a tool to improve development.
According to Sharma, AI can assist with tasks like creating assets, testing games, and speeding up workflows, but the people behind the games remain essential.
CONFIRMED: CBS News reports the DOJ redacted information from the Epstein files that was already publicly available, including a photo of Steve Bannon that had long existed online.
After CBS inquired about the redactions, the department quietly unredacted the photo and portions of two emails.
That raises an obvious question:
Why redact it in the first place?
Here’s Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth in April announcing the end of the military’s mandatory annual flu vaccine requirement, calling it “Not rational.”
