देश में अगर किसी राज्य के साथ सबसे ज्यादा सौतेला व्यवहार हुआ है तो वो हरियाणा के साथ हुआ है।

जबकि, केंद्र सरकार हरियाणा से देश में सबसे ज्यादा GST कलेक्शन और टोल टैक्स वसूली करती है। केंद्र सरकार हरियाणा से टैक्स के रूप में 7 रुपए वसूल रही है और बदले में सिर्फ 1 रुपया दे रही है।

इसी प्रकार देश में सबसे ज्यादा टोल वसूली हरियाणा से हो रही है। नियम के मुताबिक 60 KM पर टोल होना चाहिए, लेकिन हरियाणा में औसतन हर 45 KM पर टोल बूथ बनाकर जनता की जेब काटी जा रही है। जबकि यह गुजरात में 200 KM, केरल में 223 KM, राजस्थान में 100 KM है।

हरियाणा में प्रति वर्ष, प्रति KM, टोल की वसूली 70 लाख रुपये है। जबकि गुजरात में प्रति KM मात्र 30 लाख, कर्नाटक में 35 लाख, झारखंड में 19 लाख, महाराष्ट्र में 21 लाख है। हरियाणा में कुल टोल गुजरात, कर्नाटक, महाराष्ट्र से भी ज्यादा है।

प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार, केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार से हरियाणा के हक का पैसा और हिस्सा लेने में पूरी तरह विफल रही है।
