I have done the palm oil challenge with the palm oil I have in my kitchen and here is the result 👇.

We have been eating palm oil mixed with poisonous dyes since without knowing.

Ah! and the oil is almost finished🙆😭

At this point, I am calling on the UK agency for food inspection to go on all African and Asian shops in the UK and do some random inspections on some of our imported African foods.

Who knows what other p0ison we have been eating in the name of African foods😭😭
