North Scott boys’ golf is heading back to the state tournament. A season-best score of 286 earns district runner-up honors.

Vaughn Roseman tied for 2nd with a 68. Jaxon Adkisson was 4th with a 70, and Luke Leverenz was 7th with a 72.

After 18 holes at the boys' state golf tournament, NS freshman Andrew Vollbeer is tied for third after shooting even par. Great timing for his best round of the entire season.

As a team, North Scott is in fourth place with a 305. I'll be on site tomorrow to follow the team.

North Scott boys' golf won its first tournament of the season at Emeis Golf Course this afternoon, defeating Pleasant Valley by one stroke.

Five Lancers placed inside the top 14 including Jack Gomez and Jaxon Adkisson tying for third with a pair of 73s.

North Scott girls' golf celebrates a school-best eighth-place team finish at the state tournament.

They saved their best round for last — their 333 team score today was the Lancers' lowest 18 hole score this season by 11 strokes.
