@virginmedia I have done this! And I keep going to the Philippine call centre. I will be cancelling the installation and going with BT

@virginmedia Why don’t you obtain my contact details and then call me! In summary I booked my installation for 12th Feb. They have automatically changed it to 3rd March. I have queried why, and not got an answer. The team in the Philippines just hang up on me when they cannot answer question
