@Fidomobile I am being charged for full service despite my account being put on Voluntary suspension. This Haas happened for every month. I need to get rid of this connection it has become a nightmare. I am currently overseas and DONT have my phone on roaming

@Fidomobile At my wits end here with continued charges this time for a full monthly subscription rate despite my phone being on voluntary suspension. I've also been charged a 3G administrative charge while my line was on voluntary suspension and not in use as I am overseas. pls respond

My number was on voluntary temporary suspension from July 1st untill October 31st as I am overseas.
I find that a one time 3G Administrative charge has been added to my bill as well as the removal of my temporary suspension.
