@Deliveroo not only this, but the senior customer support can’t cancel the order as well.
Zero customer service, zero delivery time and I end up having to receive my order at 00:40 as I have no other options.

@Deliveroo unfortunately not using your app again, if you cant be bothered to have enough drivers then leave your competitors who can operate properly to deliver food and deal with customers.
Orders at 23:00 sushi, had to wait till 00:10 for a driver to accept the order !!
@jtexpressme Hi, o have a pick up scheduled from 4 Jan, called the customer service more than 10 times, drivers come and refuse to pick up the shipment - I need a solution to this . This is very bad service
@CarrefourEgypt Called four times and they confirmed that this will be sorted and someone will call me immediately but never happened !! Still waiting since yesterday !
@CarrefourEgypt I made an order since yesterday morning on Carrefour now and I live in madinaty, i accidentally mixed up the group number with with the flat number. As soon as I realized I called the call center to adjust the order and since then nothing happened !!
@carrefourUAE Terrible service and customer servcie, i have 3 pending refunds from your usual missing items from the online shopping and no feedback or update... Dont shop online with Carrefour !!
