@MaxLifeIns You feel it’s resolved but its not so. The company takes no ownership of a faulty and mis-sold policy. Just saying for future it won’t happen. But its my father’s hard earned money.

@YESBANK Sir , no one has got in touch with us from Yes Bank in the last 3 months. They are just postponing and delaying. The agent from Yes Bank shared misleading information and unethically sold the policy to my 86 years old father.

@nsitharaman @PMOIndia These automated replies are absolutely of no use. Your organisation is just trying to dodge the issue and giving reasons for non-cancellation. This is actually not done. It’s deceiving and cheating a senior citizen.
