eNCA moet straf nou uitdien ná uitspraak
The formidable Dominic @D_Tarczynski
Moral courage. Integrity. Power. God bless our man in Poland.
Unlike triple chin Morgan, made flaccid by his GLP1 habit, scraping in the dirt for relevance like a fevered runt.

The Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa (BCCSA) has dismissed eNCA’s application for leave to appeal against both its finding and sanction.
The news channel must now broadcast the prescribed correction and apology to Solidarity, unless it appeals again.
The case stems from a broadcast on 25 March 2026 in which eNCA presenters claimed that Solidarity had been spreading messages about genocide in the United States.
The BCCSA found that the broadcast created an inaccurate and unfair impression of Solidarity’s position.
Despite eNCA’s determined attempt to overturn the finding or have the sanction reduced, the original ruling therefore stands. The BCCSA found that eNCA had failed to demonstrate that the tribunal’s decision was clearly wrong.
A presenter must now read the following statement on the same morning programme:

Regime Media is still pretending that this doesn’t exist…
Dutch Lawyer Peter Stassen just dragged Bill Gates, Albert Bourla and Mark Rutte into a Netherlands Civil Court to answer for the COVID narrative that pushed the public into experimental injections.

Some people comment that the man may have military training and seen time on the border.
If true, which it may be, that was 40 years ago. Shooting is a perishable skill. He definitely put in the necessary work and effort to stay current and sharp.
Elon Musk offered R500 million to provide free internet to 5 000 rural South African schools indefinitely, potentially benefiting 2.4 million children annually, if Starlink was allowed to operate in the country.
This offer unfortunately remains unaccepted as the South African government remains committed to blocking @elonmusk's Starlink in South Africa on racial grounds.

All the mainstream media in Spain are losing their minds because Javier Milei came to Spain today and started calling everyone out for what they really are.
It’s beautiful to see the President of Argentina calling Pedro Sánchez exactly what he is:
A dictator.
The president says 'our own people' are rubbishing the country in the US.
He maintains the problem is not the consequences of his own party's destructive policies, but the fact that people are talking about it.
A reminder of just some of the things that have happened at UCT over the past decade:
1. Rhodes Must Fall protesters chanting “One settler, one bullet” on campus.
2. An activist wearing a “Kill All Whites” T-shirt in a university dining hall.
3. White students, and reportedly coloured and Indian students, being ordered out of residence dining halls because of their race.
4. “Fuck White People” graffiti appearing on campus during the Fallist protests.
5. UCT's own Institute for Creative Arts promoting the artist behind the FuckWhitePeople artwork.
6. Protesters burning historical paintings, including works commemorating the anti-apartheid struggle.
7. The petrol-bombing of the vice-chancellor's office.
8. The burning of a Jammie Shuttle bus and university research vehicle.
9. Students and lecturers facing threats, intimidation and disruption during the Fees Must Fall protests.
10. Internationally respected Professor Bongani Mayosi suffering abuse during the protests. He died by suicide in 2018.
11. Students arguing that modern science should be discarded and rebuilt during the notorious #ScienceMustFall discussion.
12. UCT's former vice-chancellor, Mamokgethi Phakeng, being implicated in an independent investigation that found she used racial divisions, intimidation, ethnic slurs and racially offensive social media posts against colleagues.
13. The same investigation finding serious governance failures involving Phakeng and former Council chair Babalwa Ngonyama.
14. UCT law professor Pierre de Vos becoming the subject of a criminal complaint after child sexual abuse material was shared through his Twitter account.
15. Representatives of internationally designated terrorist organisations (Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad) addressing a campus event remotely in March 2023.
16. A representative of an internationally designated terrorist organisation (Hezbollah) addressing another campus event later that year.
17. Flags of internationally designated terrorist organisations (Hamas and Hezbollah) being displayed at student events.
18. Jewish students reporting verbal abuse, intimidation and harassment while displaying posters of Israeli hostages.
19. Jewish students reporting being told to “go back to Europe”.
20. Representatives of Hezbollah and the Houthis participating remotely in another campus event in 2024.
Such a wonderfully welcoming, safe, tolerant and non-discriminatory environment for students, academics and staff.
How dare @AdvOppenheimer speak out against hate? And @DavidAnsara had the audacity to share a post praising him for it!
Horrible people who deserve to be punished, obviously.
This is truly astonishing!
The Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on International Relations and Cooperation issued a press statement in response to a letter by @LexLibertasOnX. In this statement, he quotes section 16 of the South African Constitution (the right to freedom of expression).
He says, and I quote:
"Freedom of expression under Section 16 does not include propaganda for war, incitement to imminent violence, or advocacy that seeks to deliberately misrepresent the country for material advantage."
But that is NOT what the Constitution says. Let me quote section 16(2) of the Constitution (the part he refers to in full). This is what the Constitution actually says:
"(2) The right in subsection (1) does not extend to—
(a) propaganda for war;
(b) incitement of imminent violence; or
(c) advocacy of hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion, and that constitutes incitement to cause harm."
So the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee swopped the subsection that says advocacy of racial hatred with the intention to cause harm is unconstitutional with their own made up subsection which says that misrepresenting the country is unconstitutional.
Will publish our response soon.
Or he could just say that calling for the killing of people is wrong and declare farm murders a priority crime and not lose AGOA access.
It’s really not hard to avoid destroying the country but he just can’t bring his communist self to do that.
