@AxisMaxLifeIns Yeah the team who doesnt even know to calculate premium and corrects it after numerous clarification mails from my side. Not sure whether I am working or your team is. Also the payment link is still not received.

Individuals like this are why good pet owners get vilified. If you can't even deal with a simple situation with compassion, you shouldn't have a pet, much less be around kids. Hope something legal is done to her ASAP!

@AmazonHelp Yes I did receive a correspondence 5 days back. But it was only stating that they are "sorry" for the trouble I am facing, the team will look into it and I shall receive an update 24-48hrs (1st apr). But still I haven't received any solution or even an update is my statement!
