Unfortunately, the global chip design industry is under the complete control of one country. It serves to preserve unfair economic advantages and global subordination. This should be changed in the next decade. Global players need to compete in *fair* conditions.

There are methods that require little hardware complexity and provide significant performance improvements. At the same time, of course, they still support dense layers.
