@aviralbhat Typically every B2C startup or company builds stuff for businesses as well... Zomato, Paytm, Swiggy, and even Google. But reverse is not the true for most of B2B companies. When we see capital efficiency we neglect this angle and thus the resource requirements to do so.

@tanaypratap Although that's how it was marketed but it will be childish to think that any business especially created for large audience will be online only. Flipkart has opened dark stores. Online only is in most cases GTM and for initial growth.
