Advocating for X-Men race swaps like there’s not Bishop, Storm, Darwin, Oya, Synch. They can also create original characters the way they created Spyke for X-Men Evolution
I feel like this season really hasn’t been as strong as the first, and I’m so sad about it. I think they have bitten off way more than they can chew unfortunately. 🥲
Every nation’s independence starts with people demanding the right to shape their own future.
Today, I joined thousands of Ecuadorian New Yorkers in Queens for the largest Ecuadorian parade in the United States, celebrating 217 years since Ecuador’s First Cry of Independence.
From Corona to Quito, that spirit of self-determination lives on. To every Ecuadorian who has made New York City home: thank you for the culture and civic leadership you bring to our city every day.
One of the MCU’s biggest failings is not having a season of She Hulk releasing every year where random characters drop by with legal troubles and make the universe more lived in
Watching people react to Jean in Brand New Day has made one thing obvious, MCU casuals are not ready for the X-Men, especially the X-Women. They need every character clearly sorted into hero or villain, and that’s never what mutant stories have been about.
This is why there needs to be 2 shows. Scott Lobdell figured this out in the 90s... you have one show for one group of X men, and you have another show with another group of X men. It's not hard
We have more episodes in seaon 2 of X-Men 97 and there are many loose ends to deal with.
- Candra and Externals.
- Remaining horsemen.
- Gambit.
- Current / future Apocalypse situation.
- Rogue / Gambit / X-Men.
- Cable vs Apocalypse.
Tbh I'm not hopeful anymore.
X-Men 97 is annoying:
Emma Frost fans
Storm fans
Rogue fans
Gambit fans
Magik fans
Wolverine fans
Maybe, the problem is the writers, not the fans. #xmen97
we’ve been upset over the emma erasure all this time but at least she didn’t have to be a part of the “let’s save graydon creed from these violent mutants” story #xmen97
