@TPG_Telecom Experiencing very poor download speed today with NBN (HFC) - only between 1-5 MBps. Upload speeds are unaffected and around 20MBps. Have reset equipment to no avail. Unable to contact via chat support. Only been connected to NBN for 2 weeks thus far before was ADSL2+
